Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your inflatables in a timely manner. The specific delivery time will be discussed and confirmed when you make your reservation.
Access and Setup
Please ensure that the event venue has clear access for our team to safely set up the inflatable. If there are any restrictions or obstacles, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Weather Conditions
Inflatables cannot be set up and operated in adverse weather conditions such as rain, strong winds, or storms. If the weather forecast is unfavorable, we may need to reschedule the delivery.
Same-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery, subject to availability. If you require same-day delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to check if it can be arranged for your preferred inflatable and location.
Returns and Damages:
Damage During Event
In the unlikely event that the inflatable sustains damage during your event, please contact us immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, a repair or replacement fee may apply. Please follow our instructions for handling damaged equipment.
Post-Event Pickup
Our team will schedule a pickup time for the inflatable after your event. Please ensure the inflatable is deflated and ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time.
Returns
We do not accept returns of rented inflatables after they have been used, even if the event duration was shorter than anticipated.
Cancellations and Changes:
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 3 days before the event date to avoid any cancellation fees. Last-minute cancellations might result in a fee.
Changes to Reservation
If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as adjusting the rental dates or type of inflatable, please inform us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Refunds:
Deposit Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellations.
